The Cattex EGB-SX is a reliable 1000BASE-SX SFP transceiver designed for high-speed fibre networking applications. Supporting Gigabit Ethernet (1Gbps) over multimode fibre, it delivers stable and efficient data transmission for enterprise and surveillance networks.
Operating at an 850nm wavelength, the module supports transmission distances of up to 550 metres (depending on fibre type), making it ideal for short- to medium-range connections.
