BSI IC-Loc Red High Strength Thread Locker

IC-Loc Red is a medium-viscosity, high-strength thread locker applied to the threads of fasteners prior to assembly. Once cured, IC-Loc Red forms a permanent bond, preventing disassembly. It retains its strength up to 254°C.

DIRECTIONS

Shake well before use. Apply IC-Loc Red to clean, dry threaded areas before assembling non-plastic components. The product begins to set within 10 minutes and fully cures within 24 hours.

IC-Loc Red is anaerobic, curing in the absence of air—this occurs when a bolt, screw, or nut is tightened. It permanently prevents fasteners from loosening due to shock and vibration, while also sealing and protecting against rust.

The cured temperature range is -60°C to +149°C. To remove bonded fasteners, heat to 254°C. Wipe away any excess with a damp cloth.
